311 is a phone number that connects citizens and City of Boston’s Constituent Service Center. Representatives of 311 are ready to help with requests for non-emergency City services and information, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Every day, 311 receives thousand pieces of message from 23 neighborhoods.
“Neighborhoods in the Eye of 311” tries to identify the biggest problem of each neighborhood to help the government better serve different neighborhoods. The data ranges from July 1, 2017 to July 1, 2018, and is gathered from ANALYZE BOSTON- 311 SERVICE REQUESTS. https://data.boston.gov/dataset/311-service-requests
